How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Admittedrelease Concrete wants everyone who reaches out to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- Your experience calling or messaging Admittedrelease Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have trouble with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Keep in mind that Admittedrelease Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider, or act on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@admittedrelease.lat and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, typically within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Still Feel Unheard
If our reply does not settle things, answer the email and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
